Index a Conference

Why indexing a Conference

Improve visibility of your conference proceeding with SciCore Space

SciCore Space is a global directory of academic and research conferences. To be listed in SciCore, conferences must meet the following criteria:

  • Provide event details in English on the submission page.
  • Include a direct link to a webpage that displays conference information in English.
  • Use a dedicated conference webpage URL rather than the general website of the organizing or hosting institution.
  • Ensure the submitted link is the actual conference page URL, avoiding redirects to other locations.

All submitted conferences undergo a basic verification process, which includes:

  • Checking the validity of the provided website link.
  • Ensuring the event is described in English.
  • Confirming the nature of the conference.

This review typically takes one day, after which the event is added to the SciCore Index.

If you identify errors in a listed conference, please notify us via email. While we review all submissions, inconsistencies may occur, and we appreciate your assistance in maintaining data accuracy.

All indexed conferences must display the SciCore logo or name on their conference page. Failure to comply will result in removal from the SciCore directory and exclusion from indexing.
